Job Duties

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including investor meetings, board sessions, and off-site events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of events and meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external parties.
  • Support office operations including procurement, vendor management, and facilities coordination.
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members and coordination of team activities.
  • Maintain and organize investment-related documents, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Draft professional communications and manage email correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, investors, and external partners.
  • Represent the firm with professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience within Financial Services or Banking
  • Fluent English and Cantonese is a must
  • Immediately Available preferred
